Policies
Sale items are Final Sale. All other items are exchangeable for store credit only and must be sent back within seven days of delivery. Store credits are valid for up to one year from the date they were issued.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn and with tags. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, please email info@vintagegraceny.com. If your exchange is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
