Stunning and rare 1980s Bob Mackie creation. Mackie is a heavily collected designer known for his theatrical, often heavily beaded pieces that he designed for stars like Cher, Liza Minelli, Tina Turner, Barbara Streisand, etc. Made of piercing black velvet accompanied by intricate, gold and black hand embroidery of an eagle on the bust.
